Amman-Mubasher: General Investment Company (GIC) shareholders approved a 20% cash dividend, according to a filing to Amman Stock Exchange.
The Amman-listed firm’s retained earnings before dividends reached JOD 4.36 million in 2014.
GIC previously reported a profit growth by 29% to JOD 2 million in 2014, compared to JOD 1.55 million in 2013. Its capital amounts to JOD 10 million, distributed on 10 million shares at JOD 1 par value.
